How do I download the powerpoint slides?


Attendees will have access to download the powerpoint slides through the virtual conference portal. There will be a download button listed next to each session. The slides will be available to download through November 13.




Can I add the session to my calendar?


Yes - on the schedule page, select which session you wish to attend and click 'add to calendar'. This will begin an automatic download for the calendar invitation compatible with ical, Outlook and more.




I registered for conference. Does my co-worker also need to register?


Yes - Every individual attending the sessions must register for the conference seperately. Instructions to access the virutal conference portal will be emailed to the email address provided upon registration for the event. If you need to change your email address or registrant, please email info@naggl.org.




What platform are you using to host the sessions?


Access to the conference will be through our conference website and mobile application. The video sessions will be hosted through Cisco Webex.




What can I expect from a virtual conference?


While nothing can replace our face-to-face events, our virtual conference will provide the opportunity for attendees to connect and talk about the industy's most pressing topics. Much like our in-person events, the schedule will include general session, special speakers and topical breakout sessions. You'll also have the opportunity to connect and chat with your peers from across the country directly through the platform and at our live networking events. A week prior to the conference, our attendees will receive login information and access to our virtual conference website and mobile application. From here, you will be able to browse through the calendar of events to plan your conference experience. You will also have early access to cruise through the exhibit hall and connect with other industry professionals!




When will I receive my log in information?


Access to the conference portal will be sent out 1 week prior to the conference start date. If you register AFTER that date, please expect it to take up to 24 hours to receive your access information.
